  1. Take a walk down the beach to the Sauble Trading Post, grab some ice cream from inside and take a seat at one of the picnic tables that overlook the beach and shoreline. Pick a spot on the beach to enjoy hamburger, hot dogs, fries and more from the take-out window. It’s the perfect spot to cool down with ice cream or refuel from the fun in the sun!
  2. Ascent Aerial Part boasts a 3 level ropes course, which gets more difficult the higher you go, a rock wall and a 40-foot free fall! Dare the daredevil in your family and see how high they can go! Open till dusk during the summer, make sure to reach the top to see the sunset over Lake Huron from a whole new vantage point. Hit up Giggles arcade next door for some indoor fun and get out of the sun with some games and the chance to win some fun prizes with your winnings.   3. Head up to Sauble River Marina & Lodge Resort to rent some water equipment! Try out the stand up paddleboards, kayak, canoes, or paddleboats! Enjoy on the Sauble River and go to the Sauble Falls Provincial Park (2-hour paddle) for swim in the falls or pack a picnic lunch.
  4. Grab some mini golf clubs and hit up one of the mini golf courses. Just Puttin’ Around is just off Main Street in Sauble and Putterama on 3rd Ave S. Enjoy some golf with the kids, or see who can get the best score in a friendly competition.
  5. Relax on the beach! It’s what the beach is for, is it not? Lay down your favourite beach towel or set up the beach chair, crack open a book or run straight into the water. Enjoy the beach and get into vacation mode with the waves, sun and relaxation!
