Carrick Wines opens its doors as the first ever grape winery and apple cider in Bruce County. It offers local products produced from grapes and apples grown and harvested on Carrick Farms and from the surrounding area. Our focus at Carrick Wines is to create small, high quality wines and ciders that reflect our local heritage. Carrick Wines serves as a very energy efficient micro-winery. Stop by and enjoy a stroll through 12 acres of Vineyards along the terraced slopes of the Otter Creek Valley. The winery itself speaks the story of the a self-motivated rural community. The wine speaks the story of the winegrower.
