Devil of a time finding monument

We decided to visit Devil’s Monument on the way south from Tobermory. There was a sign for it that we’d seen many times on the drive up and we’d heard the inland flowerpot is worth it.
The signage to the monument is terrible. It’s as if someone went by with a baseball and hit the major signs, making them point off to where there was no road. So we guessed. Wrong. And had to back track.
This happened twice. The next time, the sign was handwritten and tiny and we missed it. Back tracking again.
Finally we got to the spot and parked. It was about a 20 minute hike and very pretty. but would have likely been better had we been happier.
